Corporate Chair Massage: $80 per hour (one hour minimum); $65 per hour (two hour minimum). Group rates are available.
Our massage sessions are based on a full clock hour (60 minutes), not the usual spa/clinic hour (50 minutes).

Swedish Massage: This is the most common form of massage. Swedish massage mainly relaxes the muscles and eases aches and pains. This classic western massage technique combines kneading and long smooth strokes to improve circulation and that relax and loosen muscles. The techniques applied in Swedish massage are gentle and rhythmic. If you have never had a massage before, Swedish massage provides a great introduction.
Deep Tissue Massage: This technique focuses on the deeper layers of muscle, releasing chronic muscle tension with slower strokes and direct pressure on problem areas. Both deep tissue and sports massage utilize all or some combination of compression, drainage, friction, vibration, and tapotement are used in sports or deep tissue massage.
Post-Injury Massage: Following an injury or surgery, massage can help loosen tense muscles and reduce healing time. The area of injury is the focal point of the massage, though the surrounding area may be included.
Sports Massage: This massage can help athletes obtain maximum performance and physical conditioning by increasing power, endurance and mobility. Sports massage techniques are utilized at all stages: pre-event, post-event, during training and to expedite rehabilitation after injury.
Myotherapy / Trigger Point Massage: Trigger points are bundles of highly sensitive tissue in spasm that often form in muscles that have been over used or injured. This causes immense pain and suffering. The localized areas of decreased circulation, increased muscle contractions and increased nerve sensitivity are addressed by placing pressure on the trigger points at certain intervals, the nerves relax and toxins are flushed from the body.
Reflexology: This unique method involves massaging the hands, feet and ears, which correspond to more than 7,200 nerve endings throughout the body. Reflexology can help relieve pain from headaches, arthritis, backaches, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and menstrual cramps.
Pregnancy/Maternity Massage/Pre-Natal: Massage during pregnancy not only makes a woman feel pampered, but it offers undeniable physical benefits as well, including relieving fatigue, enhancing sleep and calming an active baby.
Post-Natal Massage: Post-natal massage relieves the overstretched ligaments of the lumbar and lower back areas and can also help normalize hormone levels following childbirth.
Reiki Massage: Energy work that establishes a deeper mind/body/spirit connection, this massage soothes the body and mind by creating a deep state of calm and relaxation. The concentration is on breathing techniques, balancing of the charkas and energy system within the body.
